The spice event was so awesome, for all the day there was so many full rooms, differents mode. Would be nice to make the box system permanently in that way:

 

Once a day, after 10 or 20 wins you can roll 1 box.

Or maybe you can roll 1 box after 5 days of log in/5 wins.

 

I don't think it will damage the income of SDE, and will make people happy.

Your idea has merrit. Keep it just enough to draw players in regularly, but not so much as to effect SDE income. From a bussiness perspective similar to the reason the game is Free to play. Being Free to play draws players into the game and makes the game feel successfull. People pay to play active and sucessfull games. Giving a litttle away to make alot more is/has been an age old bussiness model.

that wont help much, ALOT needs to change to bring back old players and attrack new ones, EXP boost is the main one, also changing the PBBs so the give 50% or more creds and point . (no exp boost just point and creds boost). HA needs to be scraped and a new end game format made. (like World of tanks style). weekly tournaments for prizes ( NF items, subs, PBB, PCVs (with new creds and points boost) as prizes.

Problem is tho...the devs just dont care
