I haven't played the game since 2009 returned. Found my account is missing all my ships,sailors elite sailors maxed out vets and experts. I  had the Bayern and The Andrea Doria premium ship . Lost my sailors who where maxed out thru my premium account status and thru  my purchasing from online store.i would like to know if this can be returened to me or is it a lost cause.Also cant contact any support.

Support ticket resolves this usually, they go more or less into storage/inactive after so long.

As for being unable to send in a support ticket not sure how to help on that side, as I think there are a handful of different problems that can be.
