MERC. EMPIRE I was bored and came up with some ideas to better see your logo.       A Fleet Seal is a small image which shows next to your ship representing your Fleet affiliation.       A Fleet Seal must adhere to the following: 1) File Type :  24-Bit BMP 2) File Size :  20 x 20 Pixels 3) File Name :  FleetMark.bmp (Please note capitalization) 4) Transparency may be achieved by using “True Black”        It doesnt have to look pretty when big its when you make it 20pix by 20pix that counts.
