Allow us to change the # experts, just have a total of how many you have, and when you go to use them u can put in the # you would like to use,and have that subtracted from your total.

For example, you own 3,000 experts,you used 900 on trying to vet your seaman. Instead of clicking 90 times and hitting ok 90 times with +10 experts, or 9 times each useing +100's. Instead click use experts and enter the amount you would like to add to a salor, and that is subtracted from your 3,000 total.
