(English is not my native langage, so I apologize if some things are not clear)
Context
I've played NavyField since beta, enjoyed the game and enjoyed even more as the game improve with years, but something always bothered me a little bit without really knowing what until today, something that others Massively Multiplayer Online games had but not NavyField.
Indeed, I've realized that no matter how many players are online playing, people keeps playing alone without noticing the others (except some of their few close friends or fleet mates). And among the few talks, most are about arguing or flaming...
That's why I suggest to improve our community tools in order to promote sharing and teamplay in Navyfield's community.
Suggestions - What ?
1) Add more detailed informations in the online chat - Teamplay ! Communication !
Team Chat : [ClassShip - Ship] [Highest level in main sailors] [Location]
2) Add guides from Navyfield's player in the official NavyField website - Knowledge !
Every tips you need to know ! Guides for various ships and roles !
3) Add more informations about players in the official NavyField website - Community !

Explanations - How ? Why ?
1) Add more detailed informations in the online chat

In Team chat, when someone talks, add the following informations :
[ClassShip - Ship] [Highest level in main sailors] [Location] - Before the name
Example : [CV5 - Lexington] [Lvl 105] [D4] Randomguy : Gl hf all
Why the Location ? - Well, obviously because we can't know where exactly which person is. And lots of messages have not any sense if we don't know where is it from.
Example 1 :
[ECL - Emerald] [Lvl 43] [G3] Somedude : Sub here !
[ECL - Emerald] [Lvl 43] [G3] Somedude : Just saw a BB sink, near our CVs
[DD1 - Qclass] [Lvl 31] [G4] Dude002 : On the way, got some HH and a sonar
Example 2 :
[SS5 - Kai-Kou] [Lvl 99] [D6] Randomguy : I'll need some sight please
[CV6 - Amagi] [Lvl 120] [G5] Anotherdude : Wait 5s, dealing with some ennemies' bombers near your area
[CV6 - Amagi] [Lvl 120] [G5] Anotherdude : Ok, Fp's here
[SS5 - Kai-Kou] [Lvl 99] [D6] Randomguy : Thanks, keep spying the BB6 please, I'm heading for him
Side note:
It will also make people more accustomed to the location system and encourage them to use it when they tell people to look somewhere
Why the ClassShip - Ship ? Because when someone requests something, we don't put the same priority depending on who is requesting. It's a tactical error to respond to every requests from every players without having a minimum of information. As people don't always have time to find and check who is talking, that's partly why people don't answer to help requets.
Example 1 :
[BB3 - Nelson] [Lvl 88] [A3] Randomguy : I'll need some scouting north please
[CV6 - Midway] [Lvl 120] [A2] Anotherguy : Roger that, sending some Fps there
Everybody knows that the Nelson hasn't scout at all. So he may quickly need help with the scouting if the ennemies' BB are leading a rush.
Example 2 :
[CV6 - Midway] [Lvl 120] [A2] Anotherguy : A sub is chasing me, I'll need help over here
Better help the flagship ! Not the same thing if it was a simple escort ship who asked !
Side note :
And also : for the new players, it helps them to identify ships
Why the level ? As said previously. Plus, it prevents disputes. I suggest to add the MAIN sailors level for the shipclass. I mean for example : For BBs and most others ships, the gunners level ; for the CVs the fighters level (and if no fighters, the bombers level) ; For the Subs the planeman ? (or torpers ?)
Example :
[BB5 - Montana] [Lvl 112] [C3] Someguy : Time to wake up CVs, 6 minutes of battle and still got no sight
[CA1 - Admiral Hipper] [Level 50] [G2] Trollguy : Use your own scouts you noob
