  • Can't get in event banner to roll the dices left anymore?

I thought after the event you can't get dice anymore but still can get inside the event banner and use your ebb coupon and roll the dices earned?  Now the banner become unavailable immediately which aren't cool. 

The event was great, but can SDE give us a few days buffer to claim our reward ? Thanks

They usually let 1 additionnal week to claim your prizes after the end of the event.
It must be a mistake, you just have to wait a bit that they notice it by seeing your post or a support ticket.

There was a disclaimer that they reserve the right to end the event at any time without reason and it did state the 19th was the final day after which no redemptions could be claimed.

In past events, they let you claim the prize after the event. Why can't this one be the same? Really upset now lol

This isn't the first time they've done this...


Its been pretty decently split over the years between allowing post-event prize claiming and not allowing it.

Hahaha what a farce...

I was playing Sat and after the 3rd crash I didn't have the heart to log back in nor hit the site to roll dice.  Looks like they flushed em.
