FYI ticket sent, just hoping I was missing something simple

We are in the same "boat". Lol I think we were archived. So I sent a ticket and now they are investigating what sailors I have or lost. But its the same as yours. ^^

very depressing. been on and off for 8-9 years, lots of time invested. from what I see on the forums, there are alot of the same problem. for the good of the community, I hope they can fix the issue. SDE doesnt need bad PR right before their competition releases, Id hate to see us get smaller.

I stopped playing for almost a year and I saw/read somewhere that SDE will archive those accounts that has not played for 6months or so. So I guess both of us and a lot of others were archived.

I just wish it can be fixed asap so I can play a few games a day.

Haven't played since around 06'-07'. Had RN, KM, and US all lvl 50-60+ that I really don't want to regrind.

I know how you feel! I literally opened my account when I was in secondary school, so I really hope they'll sort out my account/ticket. :c

sent tickets about 16 hours ago and not fixed yet.
