  • I need level 44 gunners before I can use submarine torpedoes?

That trainworld site shows hvy torpedo sailor at level 44, and the SS1 at level 37. So if I wanted to use an SS1 with level 37 gunners, I couldn't?

on ss1 your gunners can still be use because classing to heavy torpedo at lvl44, but on ss2-5 you'll need a heavy torpedo

KM Gunner class have the torpedo ability.

I'm sure I saw that written somewhere on trainworld.

Its the only nation with that feature tough.


REALLY IMPORTANT

DO NOT class to HUGE GUNNERS when prompted.

In some total lack of logic, you can at lvl 65 class your hvy torps to huge gunners. THEY CANNOT OPERATE TORPS

I dont understand the idea behind the merge back tbh. Its not like there are ships other than subs between lvl 44-65 that use torpedoes and then switch back to guns.

YES!!!!, I did this after a long day at work and found myself with a very useless boat and a loooong grind to get some lvl 37gunners to use on ss1 again.

1
