I haven't played since the days of Kaiser server, if i recall correctly. Logging in, I seem to have no more ships or sailors on my account on either server. Help me please. Thank you.


  1. -The date you played last before the data is initialized (month/year). = About December 2012.
  2. -What sorts of crews/ships do you remember having? = I do not remember.
  3. -Previous server name? = Kaiser.
  4. -Where you on the NFEU server or NFNA server?  = NFNA server.


I make shipyard empty. I waited several days

And I'm sorry. I used Google Translate.

They will only give the sailors back and some importan ship. And they said they can't do anything about losting other ship and shipname.
