well sent support ticket in to find out as no response on here

so according to the computer the reson i cnat install the game is cos apparently its already on the  computer partially and not finished yet ive cheked in installed programmes and no sign of it there its not in any folders apart from that i have no idea how to check its location

any ideas im running windows 8 if that makes any difference
