Good day kind sir/ma'am,

I'm a returnee who last played more or less a year ago. I really love this game and I worked hard and spent money just to enjoy it. I already made a ticket about it last Dec. 15, 2014, but still unanswered until now. Unfortunately, I forgot to include these info that I'm going to say now. If my memory serves me right, I have a US BB6 with 11/11 BV Acc Main gunners and EBVS Rel Gunners, 11/11? BV Scout, 5 ebvs/+12 VB Engineers and 3 EBVS/+12 VB Rep who are vetted to more or less 200 each. I also have a CV5 with lvl 115 6-9? EBVS fighters with 200-300+ vets each and lvl 100+ 2-4 EBVS Dive Bombers. I also have a newly bought and still below lvl 80-100 EBVS US CV Crew (Can't recall clearly). I have a couple of premium ships like the US prem cv5, US Sevastopol, US Prem CL(small one),  etc. (I can't recall all). I also have an IJN ss2 or ss3 crew(forgot the crew but positively VB) and a few other ships and a couple of extra EBVS and EB Sailors(some are in other nations) and also +12 or excellent stat non-prem sailors. I have a few vet and expert packs which are still unused and other premium shop items like the hedgehogs and smokes (I can't recall all but I have some premium shop items which are still in the shop). My lost creds and points are more or less between 100-300 million?? I am only human and cannot guarantee that some of my claims are true, so it would be much better if you have a record of my old account for easier reference and restoration. I am not saying all of these to gain anything but just to have my account back the way it was. I'm hoping for the best since Christmas is fast approaching.
