  • lvl neutral sailors and late class

Hi there guys:

Well guys, can I class the lvl 90 neutral sailor at lvl 120?, or at lvl 120 is no longer classable?.

You can level and class it whenever you like.

Special sailors can be classed at any level.
Also, they gain their bonuses (including vets and experts) EACH time they are classed. So you can class them part way (ie: armament sailor, 2nd planesman, 2nd engi, etc) to gain use of them prior to final classing.

However, they also lose any extra vets or experts gained each time they're classed. So keep that in mind.

So in other words, if you have a 90lvl special sailor (+15pot and +12 on all other stats) or 115lvl legendary sailor (+12 only for engie/rep/restore and +10 all other stats) and if you want to use that auto experting/vetting thing, it's best to class them at 120lvl.
The higher the crew size, the more experts/vets will be auto converted to 30% of the crew size.

Do the last class of the 90sailor at lv 120,then you will have the most 30%vets&exps. e.g. You wanna a 90sailor UK eng,you can class the 90sailor to uk eng at any level,but do class it to 1st eng at lv120,then you can still have 274vets(916*30%).

 Yup

But do NOT make them pilots.

If you screw up and class them beyond fighter/bomber pilot you have ruined your sailor as you'll have reduced the number of experts and vets.
