if you get sunk by torpedoes, i allways start the next battle with a short torpedo alarm,
has been like this for years i think? (think this also goes for ship out of border, but not sure there)

He is talking about the expand sounds, that include air warning and torpedo approach sound

But when you're sunked the sound continues in loop, till the end of game

You should not use the Expanded Soundset.

There a known bugs with it, including multiple known crashes.
