I know it has been brought up in the past, but the most recent topic was 5 months ago.

It is simple, just like there is a Torpedo/No Torpedo button for World at War, implement a Smoke Bomb/No Smoke Bomb button for all battle rooms.

Yes? No?

It would improve skill in my opinion.

The torpedo is a directly offensive weapon.  The smoke, on the other hand is not.  It is not limited to the conventional offensive or defensive definition, as it can be used in a multitude of ways; both offensively and defensively.

I dont generally pop smoke until its used against me. The negative to smoke is its used to often thanks to the event freebies that sde likes to hand out like tic tacs. The plus is it allows a bb to break a stalemate. So I think when the smoke items are used up and players have to buy them they wont be used as often. In short less freebies of smokes should tone it down some.

people wont run out of smokes, theres simply to many drops,
never bought a smoke and i havent ran out since i started playing..

You are right but as Flag says people won't run out because of drops. I think people can use it, but there should be an option by a host to start a room without it. It appeals to everyone that way in my opinion.

No, it is impossible to play without smokes, especially BB6s like the Queen Victoria. By this you will only lower the skill level, which is pretty high right now.

Ofcourse I recc'd this, good idea !

About a half year back I suggested to double the reload time of smokes. Not many reactions... Its logical ofcourse, when almost the entire playerbase smokes like hell and the ones who hate it left the game:P
