My personal experience with lag is due to the overload coming from my ISP and the fact I have serious packet loss. Whenever I play at night on eastern time, it's where the rush hours folks from central/pacific.

But since it's only the last few days, I would check if the modem/cable are at fault. Conisdering the fact that in IT world, network problems usually ends up in the first physical layer.

Same for me, I have been getting tons of lag lately mostly during 10-13 server time. The game just turns into a complete slideshow to the point where I get like 1 fps and cant even turn the guns. I will call the isp just in case but I bet it has to do with the cheap servers they use and the routing to Korea.

Interestingly enough,  I've even had lag in blitz with only 16 players.

I have a fast gaming computer  on DSL with a gaming router and seldom
if ever had lag problems.

When I had a slower, less powerful computer, I could do blitz but GB was unplayable
due to lag.     This told me that some of the lag problems were due to the inability
of the computer to process data fast enough.

Now, strangly enough, I've experienced lag where before I had little or none.
So, it seems to me it might be a server issue since my computer has not changed.

Some times a restart of your modem/router will clear it up and sometime a contact of your ISP and let them do a reset of your modem/router will clear it up.

Trust me... Every player would be lagging if the server was the problem.


Your either experiencing a routing issue, modem issue or your computer is experiencing one of the game's memory bugs. 

Most of the time i have none. But last couple days i cant even play. So that tells me its not on my end. Everything else is running just fine

can you explain the harbor tile battle that make a ship delayed after freezing?? dont say that the server is not the problem,decycn happens after a player/room experience heavy lag.... sometimes this happens it freez breifly when you turn your guns / lunch scout / turning ship.

dont tell me this ddnt happen when the server game become slow i mean slow turn slow guns hang time slow.

SDE added more lame EBB's/ECV's so you will have more and more lag ... thats natural for this game ... disbanding Olive Attendance was to prevent lag & crash ... because a good lie isn't bad ...
