I wonder if we will still be able to join two fleets to participate in HA, My fleet is assembled and waiting we can play together with other fleets. My fleet there are many old players who are married from playing in other fleets to participate HA but now there is a penalty for forta who can not join more than 30 members. It is very difficult to maintain and even add more people without the ability to play HA.
