Sorry to say, but it is pretty useless info for anyone else.

Due to the way engineers work, you can't compare OH duration from 1 crew to another and say anything meaningfull on how much OH rate it gives from that 1 crew to another.

153sec OH for H44 is bad... Use H44 when u reach 200sec OH.

153sec okayish for H39 or Bizzy.

Guys, there is an awesome guide in this very forum about the KM Speedcap by Lord Kelvin, and you have Adalbert´s formulas. Read, read and read some more.

KM has one of the best engy stat, and recently with hero and legendary sailor stat, playing H44 with 153 sec OH time on 39 knot OH speed is not much. 153 sec maybe okay for MN.

My point is ; when u capping OH is not important, the important thing is how long ur OH time last.
