On March 12.2015 3.57 PST i paid 160 m credits for a pack of 6 RM ENGes, but didnt receive any of them and still lost all the sum. This possibly concernes some trade system bugs so what should i do to get the creds back?

I suppose that me and smb else were buying the same item simultaneously . My creds were taken by the system but by that moment the lot had already been sold . As the system doesnt return creds i found myself deprived of a big sum- due to system malfuctrion.There is still no relevant response from support team and thats sad.
