Getting into in-game Item store and HQ still causes crashes, though it varie: 
sometimes NF crashes when you get into 1st waiting room after leavin HQ or in-game item store,
 sometimes just on the start of first battle,
sometimes during that 1st battle,
sometimes you crash later...

So the only work arround is either to relog or better - to relaunch NF after you left HQ or in-game item store.

Hopefully devs will finally look at this.
