cybersaur	My ticket for restoring my lost crews and ships have no respond in the past two days, anyone working in NF? How long does someone gets a chance to check into the issue?

rocketeer1	I can beat that. Been 3 days and no response to my ticket concerning lost sailors. However back in January the same thing happened and SDE was able to recover my missing sailors after 10 days. Just have patience my padawan.
