If you are receiving a error when submitting a ticket the most likely cause is your subject being too long, you don't need to write a essay for a subject, keep it sort and fill the content section with the essay.
Example:
Subject: Item Purchase issue.

Hello,
I purchased the following item from your in game store.... Etc.
