  • Login failed for unknown reason?

Hello I tried to login and I got that message I was playing on my laptop which I have always played on. I went and bought a new computer that is running windows 7 64bit I think. I downloaded the game and all the patches and I still get the same message. I sent in a ticket and all I got back was its not a problem on our end. is there anyone who knows what I can do?

Could you please explain the issue a little more,

I would like to know 'that message' so that I can assist, also was navyfield working before this or is this the first time you have tried playing on the laptop.

Ive been Playing for years on the laptop and I took off for a while when I came back to play I got that message. I redownloaded everything and nothing. I got a new computer and tried to download the game and still the same message on my new computer. both running windows 7 thank you for your help.

This game needs to run with an PC administrator privilege. Just a hint if in case it wasnt.

So you are saying the message you are getting is 'login failed.'

Or is it another message.

The exact message is the login process has been failed with unknown reason. I ran as admin I tried with and without compatibiliy on and off idk what else to do.

Well if it was NF the login server would affect all players trying to connect, i would suggest sending in a ticket to discuss the issue with the GMs.

Common issues that cause such a message tend to involve the use of a temporary password as i believe that is only linked to the website and not the in game login server.
