  • Returning to NF

Hello Navyfield. I returned after quite a long absence and found my crews and my ships missing including my MN BB6 crews and others. Does anyone know where I can find these crews or where I should be looking for besides the HQ (the other crews stored there are still there).

I come back and only found a neutral crew and no access to the other harbours/shipyards (even though I had KM/SN/MN).

Just wanted to also add I am also missing credits (lots of them).

Yes I just seen it but it doesn't seem to be that helpful. As a long-time player to return and find my crews missing and credits missing this is a shock and an unpleasent surprise.

Also there is no account recovery option when submitting a ticket.

When sending a request to recover account data submit answers to the following:-

Unfortunately with the large database of files we have to manually go over, it is almost impossible to find a players data without some sort of date.

If you could please try to work out the last time you played it would greatly speed up the process and help us find your data quicker.

Submit a recovery request ticket using the template below to provide answers required to aid recovery of your account data, this will help avoid having to send a further ticket:-

Question 1:- How long has it been since you last played (month/year)?

Question 2:- What sorts of crews/ships do you remember having?

If you have not played after 2013,  you may have to restart from scratch.

******We cannot recover data from NFEU server*****

If you did not complete the original transfer request on NFEU forums which had a deadline date 31/10/2013, then there is nothing we can do, do not waste your time sending in a ticket, we do not have your data.

Regards,

NF GM Team

It won't get any clearer than that.

PS - Concerning the credit issue, BloodKat is full of crap.

Yes I have already submitted a ticket but as I mentioned earlier there is no such category under support options. I chose to use General question.

Also I am quite disappointed and shocked that accounts are not properly maintained and archived to where I have to go through hoops just to recover my account. I spent hundreds of dollars and hundreds if not thousands of hours on this game previously to come back to this.

So opening a support ticket is useless because I didn't play in 2013 so I lost all my crews except some small parts and remnants. Not only that but the GM's close my ticket and don't even bother on trying to perform a recovery on my account data fully.

So there goes all those money and hours I spent grinding. I came back only to find Navyfield is not what it once used to be. The reality is that once WoWS gets released Navyfield will be a bygone of another era.

Also as someone who understands computers and has experience with it I am apalled by the lack of proper backups by the GM's. There are other games where your account data is preserved longer and whereby a support ticket is not closed without any effort made or attempt made to help the customer ie me.

Very very disappointed and this is coming from a long time Navyfield player.

People said the same about NF when WoT's came out and it didn't happen. People said the same about League when Dota 2 came out and that didn't happen.

Do you have an approx date when you know you last played?

Edit; Also, i'd imagine TNF/SDE are pretty busy investigating the exploit that happened recently.

I provided them with the necessary information and data of when I last played which was approximately February/January 2012. I even provided screenshots from my account showing some of the crews and ships I had previously.

With the information provided and even supporting screenshots the GM's failed to even make an attempt to recover my account simply citing the topic returning NF Players and that since I haven't played since 2013 the account cannot be recovered.

So from my experience so far it seems SDE and it's GM's do not care about a longtime returning player who spent hundreds upon hundreds of dollars and thousands of hours. After all once they have my money to them support ends as soon as they receive it.
