Put in a support ticket to have your account restored. I'm currently waiting to get my sailors back too.

How long can this take? -.-

I put in a support ticket on Saturday. Now it is wednesday and the ticket is still not even processed.

 When sending a request to recover account data submit answers to the following:-

Unfortunately with the large database of files we have to manually go over, it is almost impossible to find a players data without some sort of date. 

If you could please try to work out the last time you played it would greatly speed up the process and help us find your data quicker.

Submit a recovery request ticket using the template below to provide answers required to aid recovery of your account data, this will help avoid having to send a further ticket:-

If you did not complete the original transfer request on NFEU forums which had a deadline date 31/10/2013, then there is nothing we can do, do not waste your time sending in a ticket, we do not have your data.

I was told I'm out of luck even though I was on the NA: Bismark server. So I am waiting to hear back about my demand of a refund / credit back of all my premium stuff. Since I didn't have any of mine in the HQ they were all on the ships. So they went BYE BYE!

Keep us posted on if you get refund. Same with me i was told that my account cant be restored and i wil have to start over i have spent alot of money on the game and would realy would like to play again but if i have start over no i wont do that.

Hey guys same issue - can't see any of my stuff that wasn't in storage.

Also I put in a support ticket only to have it dissappear with no communication from TNF - is this normal/does it mean they didn't find anything or should I put in another ticket?
