Hi

 

This WONT fix the crashes but it may isolate where the fault it.

 

What i do is whenever i change ship, or 'do something' to my ship (eg change guns, add armor etc etc) i relog Navyfield. Each and every time.

 

In the last month or so that ive been doing that it rare that i get 1 crash in 10-20 battles.

 

What i am asking on this thread is (for those who crash a lot...), is it possible that others could try it also please? and post the results here?. I know it might be a long shot but if it works.....

My update

 

Had 1 crash (start of battle crash) since i started doing this. This is from Monday so about 100+ battles.

 

Sure its 'inconvientient' relogging out of NF, when i change ships or add 300 inches of belt.

 

Id rather do that than crash and let my team down.
Asking others who crash every 5-10 games like i used to, to do the same and post results here please (ask your friends and fleet mates too).

This post is clearly, only for people like me who used to crash a lot. I run a VERY old PC (Windows XP :) ).

For me its working fine now. I can live with 1 crash a week. Just trying to solve a problem, rather than moaning about a problem. Donations to Starfleet HQ.
