i called my isp a couple of times already and there no issue so far. i can stream videos with minimum issues but i keep laggin on NF.
Atmost 10sec delay then it would be running OK for the next 20sec.

tried to run command with admin access and pathping is no really that clear..is it my PC or my modem/router or the connection itself?
