Seem to be unable to sell back my Emden. Was always able to sell it back in the past.Same goes for the ECL's of other nations also.

You cannot sell any event ships any more of any nation. Yes you used to be able to, but due to certain players exploiting a bug, the ability to sell event class ships was removed.
