  • Game won't download

Just re-downloaded the game on a new computer. The patch updater opens up but says failed to load - contact GM. Any idea what I've done wrong?

Check if your firewall settings have blocked the client accessing the internet. And if that's not the case, * If the client shows any error after you install the game, please also download the newest patch version  through "Patch Download" to install the newest version of the game manually.

Have you tried temporary disable your anti virus/firewall see if it blocks NavyFIELD Launcher accessing internet?

Tried that now also. Did something new, now says APP Update Preparing Failure. Please contact GM.

I have the same problem. Trying to install the downloaded patch gave me "Your game client is too old".

Wow, no. If you can't even make a proper installer/updater, I don't really need to play Navy Field. I won't be jumping these silly hoops to get this game working like it's the 90's again.

It's not the 90's but windows still crash and hang, blame Microsoft. And normally the installer/updater works perfectly(I never experienced any problems with it). But since everyone's IT knowledge or computer setup is different, we can hardly diagnosis all cases miles away. So we try to provide all possible solutions for those who having difficult time get NF to work.
