You need to use the yellow sailor named operator classed as a national BO.

Im not sure then. Is the event still going on even? If it is then you should send in a support ticket.

did you check the item tab? they are distributed in there and also make sure you have a lvl 30 "Bridge operator".

I can confirm that it must be your original BO, the one with a yellow name. I had a USN and KM BO past 30, and while I received access to ECLs for each of them, it was not until my yellow-named SN BO reached level 30 that I received the elite engineer and two premium sailor boosts (in addition to the SN ECL).

It's a shame, because my KM BO had just hit 45 today and at midnight the event will be over.

Esta entero bugueado ese evento , como todo lo que ah hecho navy últimamente, yo compadre en mi cuenta segundaría que es 118 recibí los premios.

Informe a Navyfield hace varios días pero para variar sin respuesta.
