So, I wanted to make another account right? well, I can not, because all my devices says my IP address is in China, therefore I am not allowed to make a account on this website, even thou I live in Canada, anyone else recieving this problem?

You are not allowed to have more than 1 account. I have no idea why your device say you are in China when you are in Canada. Are you using VPN?
