Hi hope this helps for some of you.

I was having a command lag problem after upgrading to Win 10.

the problem was especially in the ship yard.

When I tried to change ships, it would take a good 7 seconds for the ships to change over, also in game play when scolling around the battle, it was very jumpy to say the least.

What helped for me.

Right click on the Navyfield launcher icon and run "Troubleshoot Compatibility"

For me it helped with the lag problem, ( it did not unfortunately stretch the game to fit the screen ). and made the game playable again.
