  • I can't even get on this website from home

sent support a ticket, I have tried to remove everything and even called my internet provider and had them try to help, and even that didn't work.  I get server timed out on all 3 browsers so I can't even download the game to start over, because I can't get to the website to do it.  HELP PLEASE, this is driving me f'ing nuts...

works perfect here at work

anyone have any idea why I can't access this website from my home ip?  Support says my home ip isn't banned and they are trying to help.  I've tried 3 different browsers and all I get is server timed out.   Any help would be awesome.

Ask your ISP to change the ip for you and reset the router.
