Hey Community :).
So i'm trying to get my brother into playing the game (i'm coming back from a long break) and he has a pc which isn't great but it's certainly enough to run this.

He has windows 10 and when he trys to install the full installer it goes to not responding and won't even install. I've run it in compatibility mode and I have also done a defrag and a disk cleanup. I've check and his drivers are up to date. we restarted the computer and i've even downloaded the game again (will be downloading it one more time) and i'm also update the installer that i downloaded last week so he can download it and we'll try that.

Any tips or tricks i'm missing because i've also gone to the FAQ and i don't see this issue.

tl;dr

Windows 10 Navyfield full installer goes into "not responding" freezes at start of installshield wizard.

I Believe the issue is install shield not functioning properly. but i'll try any advice if y'all have any
