Hello my username is genesisbt, im an old player and i wanted to start playing nf again, the things is that i logged into my account and i found it empty, my las login was on 2013, my elite sailors and all my ships are gonne, was there an account reset between 2013 and today???

Benser33 replied to about the same question but the guy quit playing in 2010.  Basically fill out a support ticket.  Here is what he said:

"2010 is possibly too long ago to recover your account entirely, however, it is worth trying.

 You need to go here and copy what you've written into a support ticket directly to GMs, it is unlikely you will get a response posting in Technical Support. The information provided looks sufficient, you should be able to just copy paste what you wrote into the ticket.

 Good Luck."
