Everything is good except for the Engineer to Rep ratio. Engineers add repair rate. If you plan to play a BB to BB6 supports which is any EBB 5.5 or UK Lion 2. 8 Engineers and 1 rep and 1 HH gunner(no gunner use an extra Rep) is the optimum setup plus the one Scout and 2 main gunners and BO. Engineers get you in and OUT of trouble. The slightly slower rep rate with this setup is more than offset by the extra 1 minute Plus of Overheat you will have by having 3 extra Engineers.

100% more vet conversion rate.so "if" you have a 0.47% at 250 vet, 100% more means to be closed to 1%.so, 10 vet per 1000 expert; 1000% would be 10 vet per 200 experts, 2000% would be 10 vet per 100 experts.for myself,100% is good for 100 vetting (for me) 200% is good for 170-200 vetting300%-500% is good for 250 vetting1000% is good for 350 vetting (if you are willing to spend 1,000-10,000 experts on your good sailor)2000% is good for 360 vetting.I think, carifying will prevent un-necessary disappointment, although the numbers are not correct.High vetting on a few good sailors will save my expense in long term, cough* cough*, to run a ship with fewer sailors. extra ability is useless when their ability reach the cap.so, you need to make a plan how are you going to play.we used to advice people to play with an easy ship, with 5 engines 5 repairs 2 gunners 1 scout with everything 100 vet only. Then they should save their expert pack, and good sailor and make a very good crew set for another nation.Just like other RPG game, you make a MF character first, and pool resources for the end game character.

(1) u can't see it. u can only test it and conclue. (2) it will do nothing. (when do u see a GM admit the way how the accuracy work?)

Search "navyfield true ability" online and you will find the information you want. There is an ability cap around 2-3 million true ability for accuracy and reload (except in WAW games). The information you can find online is usually old (values may not be current) but the concept is generally the same. In addition to improving the spread (to get "block" shots), accuracy also increases the chances of critical damages.
