  • I can't log in to game (your ip is blocked to login)

Hi!

Support said that I can't play a game because I use VPN. It's wrong, coz I just use just straight cable connection. For many months I couldnt even log on website coz it said my IP is prohibited. After I've sent email to support I could log into my account but still I cannot log into a game. I've sent a ticket and support told me to not use VPN which is wrong because I don't even know how to set it up :). I've tried to send another ticket but it says that it's not possible - some error on website. Anyone knows what's the problem?

Just turn of your modem for 8 hour. Then, you will have a new ip adress .

I have at moment the Same problem.

I use my Mobilephon as a mobile hotspot and use the Internet from my mobilephone with my Laptop.

Normaly I use Base(Eplus)
but when my 5GB are down I have to change to
AldiTALK or O2 wich is the Same anbieding.

The Problem is

I can go on with my Base card

But I can not go on with O2 or AldiTALK.

I Dont know why
