I think yor Crew is ok for starting again.. but on days you can have Super Elite and NFX Sailor its not the best crew.

I think its better to use only 3 Repper and Take 5 Engis.

But we will see us ingame :-)

In today's terms, it's useable but not more than barely adequate. The BO, 10/12 gunner, and 12/10 engis are all decent enough. But the reps are a step below what you'll eventually want (and likely acquire from events). Even just regular elites are strictly better than your gunners, the engis with 9 repair, and the repairers. With the sheer numbers of those that have been given away in events (and the proliferation of even better sailors), you even have a decent chance of just bumming some off someone else if you ask around.

My recommendation is to look for a total of 6-7 engis, 2-3 repairers, and at least one spare gunner for ASW.

I was thinking of buying me a set of elite bb crew but im not sure if its worth it since the theres only like one or two GB. Also I feel so worthless in a tiny ship when comparing to other ships around me. All i can do is hunt for subs(only like one or two per team) or try to be an AA ship and fail in vain or ill suicide rush

Honestly, I'm not too keen on paying for an elite crew either. However, I'm talking about trading from other players. As for the tiny ship syndrome, there's no real answer to that until you have a high level crew you can stick on to a lower level ship (KM PCL w/ 11" single = fun). But that's part of why you get shared exp. You'll still level out of it faster than I did on my first ship line!

Leveled and BVE? No
Neuts? Yes. Heck, right now, I have several elite gunner pairs (7) I don't need and am going to find it hard to sell without leveling them, with another 4 I classed for blitz before that died. Then there's several reps and potentials as well. There'd be more if I could trade super elites.
