Hey 

which lvl i need for Prem SS Minerve?

My Crew is 97 but i cant drive SS Minerve ( Unqualified lvl for Torper )

Yes i saw this. 
But which lvl i need to use Prem SS? My Crew is 97 than i should use the SS
