I think one major problem in the past has been lack of communication or miscommunication on the part of SDE.
Improving that wouldnt hurt. 

I would also like to say there has been a definite improvement in Customer Service recently.

Maybe get rid of the multiple accounts ban and maybe put some funds into advertising. Love this game and would hate to see it die any further. 

I suggest we should get a change to play monster ship randomly. it would be 1% chance to play monster ship every random event..
what do you think? do you think its good or bullsht? 

hello... firstly i wanna say a lot of thanks for everyone that make this game still "alive". :)

well... I have suggestion that maybe can improve NF.
1. Adding more random events will be very helpful,espesially to make old players want to play again.
2. Make GM more active to interact with players. Im not see any GM say hello to players recently :( (in my exp)
3. Erase the ban multi account,that will be very helpful,i think... coz maybe players want to restart or new players made a mistake and want to restart.


For advert,try to use social media like FB,Tweeter,or anything. Even a game website that have huge community. Its not to hard or expensive i think.

I have invited some friends and  family relatives way back years till now, a few of their reactions are as follows:

1.  So hard to level up the game and will take them ages, esp. if you have full time jobs, career in life or busy with family,etc. This is just a game and they just want to enjoy, so they prefer the other games like facebook games or clash of clans with little restrictions unlike this game.

2. Olive prices are too high for them unlike other games. They love to SPEND MORE when they think they can afford it.

New GM is good news for the game. Communcation with players must be better, and why not send a mail to all members about the chance to unban their account. We also need mail about new events. And about more than one account. I started to play on NFNA for almost 11 years ago and then started a new account on NFEU. And when NFEU was closed i moved over to NFNA with that account. But then i had two accounts and i cant see whats wrong with that. Is it cheating to have two account??
I also agree that that game is so slow to lvl up. It took me 8 years to get a BB6 and its impossible for me to get att EBB7. Its to much money for a ship. But i understand that the game need money and mayby we could have more PBB ships at higher lvl than 65.
