  • open toulon and baltivsk for harbor assault for smaller fleets

I am in a small fleet of friends,  and i would love for there to be a harbor assault that we could have a shot at, however, with all of these large fleets, we dont stand a chnace. So i propose we open Toulon and Baltivsk for smaller fleets, say 50 players or less. This way, we can include small fleets in the competitve loop.
This is not for harbor uniques ships and rentals, but because i want to play harbor assault with my fleet

they cant, there are no rental ships for those countries, plus the big fleets would throw a fit

personaly, i doubt it has anything to do with rental ships lets face it all of them are already in the game, its not rocket science to give one a new name and sprite to make it 'unique'.

i do think it is because they do not understand the code for HA's so are just rewriting it for the 'new improved HA' yuno has talked about. so i doubt that they will open until the new update HA are ready and good to go. also Italy is comming and that would be another one up for grabs.

as for 'smaller fleets' only being allowed to hold them, maybe(if they open) for the first couple of months then they should open to all fleets and the 2 harbour rule should come back other wise there will be no HA's at all.

Are you stupid? Cause you sounded pretty stupid right there.

Every BB that is a rental has the range of the equivelant nation's bb that is 2 tiers above it. So if i rented the us bb2, id have iowa range. They are also in pretty much permanent overheat, the speed is 2 knots under the overheat speed (both are pretty high). Oh, and rental bb5s are supposedly pretty uber.

Wrong, Rental BB5s are complete Crap, Shorter than BB6 range, 5 Support slots and they do like 20-23 knots.
