Hello, I've been playing this game on and off since roughly 2008/2009, and I have recently picked up interest again after I had heard the EU servers are being relaunched. The last date of activity on my account is May 5th, 2011 and this was on the Enterprise server.

More recently I tried to log onto my account through the client, but I recieved a "Login failed error." so I decided to try out putting my account to sleep and observing the response within client.
I did in fact recieve a notification that my account was sleeping; however, this brings up the question of whether or not my data/account still exists. I have sent in a ticket with little urgency. I'm just wondering if any other returning players have experienced this issue?
