Please try restarting your Computer and Install it again. If that doesn´t work take a look here.

I had the excat same problem.
Question 1. Have you upgraded to windows 10 from Windows 7?
Question 2. If so and you have downloaded the Windows 7 helper, Remove it
Try Restarting your computer then try again
