i have done missions (box missions) and i dont have my box what is happening??? in event side say i have already done the mission but i dont get my box this is the 3rd day i dont receive my box thanks

I'll go even further: I've played 5-6 battles today and won all but 2. All the event page has recorded is 1 loss. It's not even recognizing the fact that I'm playing the game!
