  • Is the game worth coming back for?

Title says it all.

I'm getting the feeling that the servers are nearly empty right now, judging by the posts on the forum as well as the negative feedbacks on the trade system removal.

If the game is still alive, then I'll give it an another go, starting fresh. But if it's not, bye bye NF. It was nice knowing you.

Well, it looks like a waiting game... ( pardon the pun ). It seems that there are changes coming that have been posted by vinnison on those upcoming changes but the player base is hungry for these changes... and soon

The new owners look like those changes are aggressive, however time consuming.
"Notradegate" is lighting the forums on fire, and the player base for the most part will have nothing to do with that.

I guess that's your call, hop in and see what's going on. The weekends ( and weekdays ) are seeing more blitz's than I've seen in a while..

As a side note, more changes are supposed to come down the pipe in the next while.

Time will tell.

Yes of course! previous event there was a 200% and 300% exp event aswell as event ship. I don't know if you miss it or not but there were many people who were playing especially saturday and sunday.  All i can say is wait patiently for updates and changes and aswell as improvements to the game.

I personally think that it's worth coming back for. Even me I came back months ago and be part of the Team Event because i still give hope into this game. Not because i'm part of them i have to support them but what i mean is that i still believe they can do it. This is why we have Team Event to improve the games.
As Vinnson said earlier there will be pros and cons if they disable the trade many of us didn't like it but many of them supported it. This is a 50%50% situation.
Without trade there will be much more different updates coming up and even if they disable it now we can still ask for the trade later on in future IF the game survive. This is why we need your help to bring this game alive.
Hope to see you around mate

I really have not seen an answer to corde of the situation of the navy is really sad ... in some occassions there are people for a single room and it is put with incomplete balance, also on the event of 200% and 300% that can be Do with that if the same server is too LAGUIADO AND VOTE you more than 10 times ... that already has MONTHS and you just have to wait for a guy so what is the motivation to play because I do not understand ??? Play with a HORRIBLE AND CRASH LAG and I'm not the only player who has complained about that I have not had an answer that I say it's worth waiting and keep playing and although I've played very little and without motivation like before but there is always a break point will be It's worth going back ??????

For me,the biggest frustration is the new owners aren't telling us what-if anything-they're doing to actively recruit new players.
NF has never advertised in any way,and it seems that is still the case.
Hopefully, this will change-but even telling us what they're doing to raise NF's profile with the mmo playing public would be some relief.

Debatable. While I love the game it is even more buggier than when I played back in 09 on Missouri. My premium expired on the weekend and I won't be renewing until I see drastic changes.

We are trying our best to promote this game to mmos website i hope they will do a first and second gameplay or a review of Navyfield. Also Navyfield will be on the steam platform that will help out a lot because majority of gamers doesn't know or ever heard of Navyfield before.

Promoting this broken game on steam?
This is a step you can think about when the game is fixed,  we all know that this won't ever happen.
Promoting a game, that is crashing rigut after the login screen? Have fun.
