The question about value of harbors was raised long time ago :D
It is very pity that fleets need not only fight for harbors, but ask other fleets to take them away :-(

KT is one of the fleets that is still under the HA bug where we can't declare. When this bug is gone, we will be going for some harbor, maybe we wil give Hamburg a visit <grin>. Glad to have you back in NF StLouis!
