  • Solutions for the event against AFKING and rewarding players that do well.

I love the current event , not only do more players play the game , but it rewards you well.
On the other side of the spectrum ... there are players that obviously just go afk now in rooms since you have to wait 5 mins. to recieve reward without the need to deal damage. As such , i wanted to give some solutions to counter this current problem , whilst also rewarding players that do well. (Some of these thoughts might already be implemented , but since i dont know if they are already coded in or not , i will still mention them )

1. You need to deal atleast 1k dmg (500 for FFs):
Pretty simple to do , it counters the multitude of ppl just pressing their F button and rush into the enemies team without shooting their guns , or staying afk overall.

2. The more damage you deal , the higher the chance to get a reward:
This shouldnt be a mindblowing amount of extra % for damage , but yet still somewhat make players that do good feel rewarded. If the basechance for a drop currently is at like  10% , keep it like that , but maybe for every 1k damage someone deals , he gains 0.5% (or more) onto of that dropchance , its a pretty simple idea.

3. Lower the rewardtime to 4 minutes :
It seems like a stupid idea , to just take off 1 minute , since its just 1 minute , but that is currently the problem. Usually , the matches just go 4 minutes , and players are just waiting for the last kill , and leave the game as soon as the 5 min. mark is hit. This might make the event feel more fluent , instead of a 1minute waiting fest at the end of 80% of current matches.

I dont know if these changes can be implemented(since the event might be hardcoded) or are even elegible to be taken into consideration. I like the current event , and am very grateful there even is one , its just a little thought to counteract these afk players.
