  • Cant put black bars

Hi

 

My GPU is a R380 4GB, cant put the black bars on navyfield, i've tried all the options on n the AMD radeon setting, but is useless the game launch stretches and  getting max only  25 fps. with a screen blinking  in the  lower left corner.

 

 

drivers up to date

 

window 10 compatibility patch.

UP!

I have the same GPU and the same issue, i tryied the instructions for AMD GPU but it works when steam r open.
Help!

The screen flickering  stops if you open FRAPS before launching the game,  i still can't put the black bars  i think its an amd problem i found that CS 1.6 players can't put black bars scaling option is broken. 

 i've tried the solution on steam but dosent work for me.

Fraps worked very well, but now it's crashing a lot.
First game i can play, but when i click to enter in the room for second game... it crash

If i close Fraps the crash problem is gone, but the sreen problem came back... 

There is other way to play without the screen flickering ?
