What is your PC Windows version?

Before open NavyField, you should install vcredist_x86 or vcredist_x64 for new version.

You can find the install files in NavyField installed folder in your PC.

If you are using WindowsXP, plz download WindowsXP support in our website.

 

Plz give us more detail information on the crash issue.

It will be helpful to fix the crash.

Dear GM,we whole fleet all can't run this game .it crashed as soon as i run the NF

yes.but even though install the "vcredist_x86' and "vcredist_x64 ',the PC with win7 32bit system still can't run the game successfully.only PC with win XP can log on the game succesfully now.How can we do to solve this problem,dear sir?

got dc cant log in server problem i have vc redist coz i have non online games is that going to work high specs non online games so i  have vc redist right??

Hello GM: I Crashed all the day after new patch. It happened when I finished the first game entering the second room everytime. I have already reinstall the game and the two C++ files postted, but no use there. My system is Win7 64bit, CPU is Intel Core i3-6100, display card is NVIDIA Geforce GT1030, firewall is "jin shan du ba", no problem before. Please check what's wrong here.

Can you download WindowsXP support from our website?

Then you can copy those files in NF installed folder.

NF will go back to old version and you can try NF again.

If you are still crashed with old version(after copying WindowsXP support),

Please let us know.
