Some AMD GPU users may experience low FPS problem/mouse or screen shaking problem in game and it is related to AMD display card setting. 

Please set your NF Launcher and NF.exe to setting as below. 




If this doesn't fix it, try to update your Windows and graphic card driver. 

Nvidia GPU have better compatibility with games, if the above solutions do not work. Then please play in Window mode(option in game launcher) or switch to a Nvidia Graphic Card.

Switch to your integrated graphics if you can. I have not tried these settings but Intel Graphics seems to work perfectly with NF. I hope this helps.

Work for me,but, ussing the fleetmisisonUS.exe (game.exe) instead the launcher.exe .
