ORSAI

All of the following are gone. German Andrea Doria, Gniesenau, Bayern. For US the Texas. For Japan the Dhonburi , and Zara from Italy. Also EVERY normal ship is gone along with crew. How do I get the prem ships back that I paid for? Also I am missing multiple sailors like BOs and I cannot use them to unlock the ships they were assigned to . PLEASE help.
